Have you ever said that? Why? Were you feeling frazzled, overwhelmed or just plain out of ideas?
And what did you mean that you lost? The popular phase implies you lost your mind; of course, you didn’t (though, in that moment, it might have felt like it).
In truth, what you probably lost was, what I call, your Personal Positive Focus (PPF), and it was probably because you were low on energy. Think of your life as though it’s a car and energy is the gas. When the tank is full, you can go anywhere and do anything. I’ve always maintained that, as long as there’s gas in your car, you’re never seriously lost. On the other hand, when the tank is empty, you’re stuck; you go nowhere. Relating that to your own life, think about this: how can you possibly get a healthy new start and advance your life if your running on fumes and sputtering toward empty? You can’t!
During these summer months, do what you can to fill your energy tank physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Here are three way the Victorious Woman Project can help:
- Look at the Victorious Woman’s Victory Blog for suggestions for each one.
- If you have questions, ask them at Kelly’s Cafe.
- Tell us how your energy’s doing this summer on the Victorious Woman’s FB page
We look forward to hearing from you!
