July's Theme: Energy

YawningWoman.SmallWhy Am I So Tired?

Did you ever watch your child spin around like a top? Kids love doing that even though it makes them dizzy. In fact, getting dizzy is part of the fun. They spin, fall down laughing and then stop…for a few seconds. Then, they get back up and spin again. They repeat it over and over again until they get so tired that you can put them down for a nap – and they don’t argue with you.

Are you doing the adult woman version of spinning around? I know from experience that you and I can’t create success when we are spinning – all we create is that feeling of dizziness.

I’ve been doing that lately, so this month I’m focusing on how to stop spinning. Hope you’ll join me as I explore the possibilities.
