great advice and suggestions for shifting out of that foggy feeling and back into the focus and clarity that you know to be your real self!
One of the tips Dr. Mike gave was for adding turmeric to your diet. He suggests adding 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to a glass of water and drinking it everyday. In fact, his morning "cocktail" includes those two spices and also cayenne pepper in lemon water.
Having done both spicy cocktails, I have to be honest and tell you that - at least for the first few times - I added some honey. It worked and I eventually transitioned to just the spices.

My quote today came from Jean Otte and her story in my first book, Victorious Woman! Shaping Life's Challenges into Personal Victories. It's great for the start of a New Year! Jean said,
"It’s never too late to start a new journey;
it doesn’t have to be a big journey, it can be a little one.
Just start it.”
Let's do it together!
Happy New Year!
