Just wrapped up a Vision Board class with a wonderful group of women…and one neat man. It’s always different when men come to my classes. The energy shifts in interesting ways and it’s fun. The group brought their finished – and some almost finished – vision boards to the last class. For one woman is was her second time around – she knew if she was there she’d finish it.
Several people were already familiar with Vision Boards but didn’t know the theory or science behind them. But as they start working on their boards, they notice some little thing happens…and then another…and I let them know that it’s a sign that they are already positively changing their life from what it is into what they really want.
