You’ll be encouraged, assisted and accountable during the six small group sessions that will help you turn dreams into realities.

This is Group Coaching At Its BEST!!

Each Victory Team member has her own time at each meeting. That’s when the whole group focuses only on you and what you need. The group helps you think through your needs, brainstorms and makes suggestions. The energy is powerful! Then, you decide what you’ll work on between meetings, with the goal being your self-improvement.

Every woman has her own reasons for joining. Here are a just few examples of why women have joined Annmarie Kelly’s Victory Teams:

wanted to get back into the workforce and felt unconfident
decided to go after a promotion at work
stay-at-home mom wanted to keep her SELF in tact while raising children
kids all in school or empty nester not clear about what she wanted to do (this is one of the most common)
unsure about next steps to achieve a goal
wanted improvement in a very specific skill or area
needed cheerleading for confidence boosting
needed to be accountable in order to stay on track

If you want ideas or get stuck, the group is there for you to listen, give ideas, cheer you on and support your efforts. When you join a Victory Team, you are expected to take action toward your goals (this is coaching, not group therapy). You can expect to gain insights, move forward…and make friends.

In addition to the Victory Team meetings, Annmarie Kelly provides on-site expertise and is also available during the week via email.
