It's Thanksgiving! I'm thinking about what I'm grateful for: good health, prosperity, the love of my spouse, the best friends a woman could have...and I could go on and on. Research shows that being grateful increases your health, happiness and quality of life. I remember Oprah once saying how during a difficult time when she couldn't think of anything else, she wrote down that she was grateful for her breath.

How about you? Start today and add one gratititude a day. By next Thanksgiving, you'll have 365 things for which to be grateful.
