No More Silence It's Time to Talk! Linda Slavin is a speaker and author with local and international organizations Take Back the Night, Break the Silence, No More and Love is not Abuse. As a survivor it is important for her to share with college students her experience. She was caught up in a Dating violence relationship that led to nine years of isolation, physical, verbal, mental and sexual abuse. When she voiced her stand against him; her abuser went as far as dousing her with gasoline and lit matches at her until she conceded to his threats.
